COVID-19 ADVISORY

At Cavalier, the health and safety of our clients and team is our number one priority. We are taking extra precautions to keep our shop clean and the health of our community top of mind. 

Here are a few key updates moving forward:

  • Appointments will be limited to two groups at a time, aside from pick-ups and drop-offs, which are limited to the entrance way of the store to maintain distancing.

  • We ask that you wear a mask during your appointment, our team will also be wearing one.

  • Clients and staff are required to agree to our safety Terms & Conditions before each appointment.

  • We kindly ask that you keep your group to 2 people.

  • During your appointment you are welcome to try on any rings you’d like. Before and after every appointment we will thoroughly sanitize all materials before putting them back in the showcases as well as all surfaces, equipment, door handles, and payment terminals in order to keep everything clean.

  • We will have complimentary hand sanitizer, masks and gloves upon arrival.

  • Unfortunately our washroom will be unavailable, and we are no longer able to serve beverages during appointments.

  • If you are running late or need to cancel, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can accommodate the arrival of other clients.
